Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services and/or products provided by Emerge Empire (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. 

 

2. Services & Products 

We provide financial analysis services, retirement & investment services, as well as financial budgeting & planning. Specific details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in proposals, invoices, or booking confirmations. 

We reserve the right to update or modify services at any time. 

 

3. Client Responsibilities 

Clients agree to: 

  • Provide accurate and complete information 

  • Respond in a timely manner when approvals or materials are required 

  • Use services/products for lawful purposes only 

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of Emerge Empire. 

 

4. Payment Terms 

Pricing 

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Deposit 

A non-refundable Deposit of $25.00 must be paid 12 hours prior to any consultation or meeting. If further services are arranged the $25.00 will be applied to the following service charge.  

Payment Schedule 

  • Payment is due [upon booking / before service / net 7 / net 14 / net 30] based on the service proposal you have received.  

  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated 

Late Payments 

Late payments may result in: 

  • Paused services  

  • Late fees of [$100 or 5%] 

  • Collections or legal action if unpaid after 60 days 

 

5. Refund Policy 

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Emerge Empire, unless required by law. 

Refunds will not be provided for: 

  • Services already completed 

  • Missed appointments 

  • Digital products or customized work

6. Client Cancellations 

Clients must provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. 

  • Cancellations within this window may result in a cancellation fee of $50.00  

  • No-shows will be charged the full-service fee 

 

7. Company Cancellations 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to: 

  • Illness or emergencies 

  • Equipment failure 

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances 

If we cancel, clients will receive: 

  • A full refund or 

  • A credit toward future services 

 

8. Termination of Services 

We may terminate services immediately if: 

  • Payment is not received 

  • Terms are violated 

  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior occurs 

Any outstanding balances remain payable. 

 

9. Intellectual Property 

All materials, content, designs, and deliverables created by Emerge Empire remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. 

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute materials without written permission. 

 

10. Limitation of Liability 

Emerge Empire is not liable for: 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. 

 

11. Privacy 

Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information without consent unless required by law. 

 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada 

 

13. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
